Fits 1987-95 Wrangler YJ.

On YJs there is a factory body mount right above the frame at the forward rear leaf spring mounting point. The rubber bushing gets old and cracks, attracting moisture, dirt… and rust. Frame deterioration is a very common problem in this critical suspension mounting point. This unit includes the frame mount and the spring shackle mount. You will need to buy new leaf spring mount bushings for best results. This is a Safe-T-Cap™ section that fixes the problem – we make it easy to make it safe! Cut out the old mount, cover with the Safe-T-Cap™ and weld in place and you’re back on the road without a full frame replacement. This is the set of left and right sides.
