Our ART-221 SafeTCap® frame repair kit is designed to repair the rear frame end on the 1996-2002 3rd Gen Toyota 4-Runner.

Our ART-221 SafeTCap ® frame repair kit is approximately 27” long and caps the rear frame starting at the rear track bar cross member to the rear end of the frame. This frame repair kit has 2 perforated plates where the spare tire cross member meets the inside of the frame and where the rear body mount is attached to the outside of the frame. All SafeTCap® frame repair kits are made from American 11 gage steel, and are CNC cut, assembled and welded by our AWS Certified Welders. SafeTCap® Frame repair kits are designed to be welded to the upper part of the frame once the repair area has been ground down to bare metal.
