Fitment: 99-06 Silverado/Sierra 1500 X/R cabs w/6.5′ beds

The ART-289-S is designed to repair the Mid Rear Frame Section just at the front hanger of the rear leaf spring for both the driver & passenger sides.  This Kit will box up that section.  The parts are made from 11 gauge American Steel.
