Some SuperCrew F-150’s have a King Ranch Frame, Please reference the photos to confirm differences in frames.

We have designed our SafeTCap® Art-177D-R to repair the Ford F-150 SuperCrew Passenger side frame. Both driver and passenger frame repair kits cap the frame starting about 14″ inches after the transmission cross member mounts, and will end just before the forward rear leaf spring mount. This frame repair kit is 52″ long and 10″ inches tall and is precision CNC cut from high quality American 11 gage steel, and is assembled and welded by our AWS certified welders. This frame repair kit is designed to slide over your existing frame and weld to the upper part of the frame. No need to remove any cab mounts or bed mounts.

Installation instructions are provided with each frame repair kit.

This frame kit fits 2004-2008 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Short Bed.
