Do you keep everything in stock?
No. For all but our most popular products, we manufacture on demand. Turnaround time for most items is only a few days.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
If the parts you order are in stock, they will usually be shipped the next business day. Some unusual, custom, or out-of-stock parts can take ten or more business days to produce and ship. Everything is shipped immediately upon completion. You may call and ask for a salesperson who will be able to tell you approximately when your order will ship. We strive to ship your order promptly but we do not guarantee any implicit time-frame. Any date mentioned is only an estimate.
How long will shipping take?
Time in-transit is usually a week at most in the continental US. This map shows the approximate time in transit after it leaves our shop.
Please note that this map shows only time in transit and does not account for the time it takes us to process your order before shipping. Once UPS has the package we are not responsible for delivery.
International orders may take significantly longer.
Will you tell me when my order ships? Can you give me a tracking number?
If you have provided your email address, we will email you your tracking number(s) as soon as they are ready. The tracking number may come before the package ships, but you can check to see when it does.
How do you ship?
For most domestic orders, we use FedEx Ground and Express. For most international orders, we use the USPS. Rush shipping may be available at extra cost, you may call and ask for a salesperson if you are interested.
I need to ship internationally. Do I have to pay for customs?
Yes, you are responsible for all costs associated with customs.
Items typically ship through USPS or FedEx, if package is oversize.
Will you mark the declared value as less than the actual price so I can save money on customs?
Sorry, but no, that is fraudulent.
What should I do if my package is damaged or there has been a mistake?
Call us immediately. If we made a mistake, we’ll rectify it. Please order well in advance of the time you’ll need your order, particularly if you are several days of shipping away from us, because we are not always able to pay for rush shipping of replacements, except to the rate of the original shipment.
What can I return?
Only unmodified stock items are returnable. Sales of custom or customized items are final. Modified items may not be returned.
How much time do I have?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of your order.
Can I just send the package back?
No. All returns must be pre-authorized, please call and we will give you a return number that must be clearly marked on the returned package. Returned packages without return numbers will be refused.
Can you pay for return shipping?
No, we are not responsible for any shipping costs unless we made a mistake.
How do you issue refunds?
Refunds will be issued by the original payment method or by check at our discretion.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of our receipt of your return.
What will I get back?
Shipping is not refundable, and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.
What if I lost a piece?
If items are missing from a returned multi-part set, a corresponding refund will be issued.
