Strut Tower Plate

1991-2000 Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager

The Caravan's major rust problem is the top of the front strut tower. The factory put several layers of steel in there. A design flaw allows moisture to get between the layers. Once that happens, the structural integrity of the tower can be compromised, and could create an unsafe condition. We make our repair kit from 13 gauge steel. You do have to remove the hood and battery for access, then cut away the rusted area. This kit requires good welding skills for installation.
