Return Policy
If we have made a mistake, we will pay all costs associated with replacement, including shipping and handling. If there was no error on our part, you may be responsible for shipping or other costs.
Custom parts are NOT returnable, due to the nature of our products. Stock parts are returnable pursuant to conditions below. Safe-T-Cap is not responsible for improper use or installation of parts. Modified or damaged parts cannot be returned.
All returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization (RA) number, assigned by Safe-T-Cap prior to shipping it back. Previous RA numbers may not be reused. Please call us at (401) 944-4444 or (800) 407-7024 for an RA number. Keep track of this number; you will need it for all follow-ups.
For cash refund, you must obtain an RA number within 30 days of shipment (date can be found on original package). All refunds issued by check. Check will be mailed to you from our bookkeeping department within 30 days of acceptance of returned merchandise.
Returns authorized more than 30 days after original ship date will only be eligible for merchandise credit. If a product has been discontinued, it cannot be returned.
ALL RETURNS will be subject to up to a 15% restocking/repackaging fee, based on the original price of merchandise (excluding shipping). Purchaser must pay all shipping charges in order to return any product under this return policy.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a completed copy of the parts-return form. Please retain a copy of each of the invoice, returns policy, and parts-return form for your records.
Missing parts from returned merchandise will be subject to replacement costs. All returned merchandise must be in original condition without installation or other modifications. Safe-T-Cap is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Final refund is subject to receipt and inspection of merchandise by Safe-T-Cap.
