Pricing

Prices do not include shipping and handling. Prices given are in US Dollars ($USD). Up-to-the-minute mid-market exchanges from any other currency can be calculated using xe.com's currency converter. Although we usually update the site very soon after price changes, there is always a possibility that they are inaccurate, and prices given on the site are not guaranteed.

Call us, write us, or use this form to request a free copy of the printed catalog. The e-catalog can be accessed here.

Ordering

We accept orders via telephone, fax, internet (paypal), or mail. (contact information) Frequently, we find that a diagram is helpful when ordering, so you can click here to get a convenient form to print, which you can fill out and then fax or mail to us, or simply reference it. If you call in your order, please have part numbers (e.g. ART-7 left, ART-40 L&R) ready, as well as your credit card number.

Domestic Shipping

Time

If the parts you order are in stock, they will be shipped the next business day. Some unusual, custom, or out-of-stock parts can take ten or more business days to produce and ship. If you ask, your salesperson will be able to tell you approximately when your order will ship.

Money

We generally ship UPS Ground within the USA. UPS Next Day Air and other services are available upon request. Charges will vary according to your location and the weight of your order, but usually do not exceed 15% of your order. Your salesperson will be able to approximate the shipping charge.

We can ship COD on orders totalling less than $500, but UPS charges a COD fee of $10.50 per order, which will be added to your bill.

International Orders

All our prices are in US Dollars. If you pay by credit card, the credit card company handles the exchange. We also will accept money orders made out in US Dollars. We cannot accept checks from outside the US or in a currency other than US Dollars. You can find the exchange rate with your currency here. Usually we ship Canadian (and other international) orders via USPS to help defray cost. Naturally, international orders take appreciably longer to ship and are usually more expensive to ship, but if it is possible, we will ship anywhere UPS or USPS will deliver. We cannot accept international orders (other than Canadian) through PayPal. If you need specifics, please contact us.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal or corporate checks in US funds drawn on a US bank, and money orders through the mail. If you're in our area, we'll accept cash as well, but never send currency through the mail. Make checks and money orders payable to "Auto Rust Technicians".
