Online ordering is only available for our continental US customers. Customers outside the continental US are welcome to call us to place an order over the phone.Vehicle Description
When you place your order, PayPal will ask you what type of vehicle you are buying your parts for. If you do not indicate what vehicle your parts are for, we cannot be responsible for the parts' fit and any replacement process must be at your expense, including return shipping, replacement shipping, and any applicable restocking and handling fees.
Telephone
PayPal will ask you for your phone number during the checkout process. Your number will never be shared in any way. If there is a problem with your order, we will need to get in touch with you easily. If we are unable to reach you, we cannot be responsible for problems due to missing information. Shipping
We cannot ship to PO boxes. We cannot accept online orders from outside of the continental US. Shipping charges are added to your order when you check out. Details can be found here. Usually we ship within days of reciept of your order, but during busy periods it may take as long as four weeks for you to recieve your package. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional fee - see here to rush ship.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground.
Confirmation
PayPal will send you an email confirming your order. This confirmation indicates that your payment has been processed and we have recieved your order. If there is a problem or an expected delay, we will send you an additional email within one week outlining when you can expect to recieve your order. PayPal's confirmation email is the only confirmation you should expect. If you don't recieve a PayPal confirmation, your order may not have been processed.
If you do not provide a telephone number with your order, we will try to contact you by email. Please make sure that your spam filter will allow email from us to get through to you. Our email address are all from the domain autorust.com.
Returns
If we ship you the wrong part or the part does not fit your vehicle, please contact us immediately. Please see our return policy for detailed information regarding returns for other reasons.
